Manufacturing withReconditioning Support
Our axles are produced through a fully in-house process that begins with CAD-based design, followed by precision turning, boring, and CNC machining using EN-series, MS, and alloy-grade steels. We manufacture axles in lengths up to 5 meters with high-accuracy fitments for wheel hubs, bearings, and mountings. In addition to new axle production, we offer comprehensive axle reconditioning services, including straightening, crack repair, journal rebuilding, and dynamic balancing. This allows clients to restore worn-out axles at a fraction of the replacement cost while maintaining OEM-grade performance.
