Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing &Reconditioning

At SLN Industries, we manufacture hydraulic cylinders through an in-house process that includes design, precision machining (turning, boring, honing), assembly with premium seals and components, and rigorous pressure testing. Our cylinders support bore sizes from Ø50–500 mm, strokes up to 6 meters, and pressures up to 350 bar, with various mounting options. We use trusted seal brands like Hallite, Parker, and NOK, and offer chrome-plated piston rods for durability. We also provide reconditioning services such as bore honing, rod rework, seal replacement, and pressure validation to reduce costs and equipment downtime.
